Bringing Nature into the coaching relationship. An online course for experienced coaches.

Our EMCC award-winning & ICF accredited online course for experienced coaches.

This programme is designed to explore all that nature has to offer as a co-facilitator in the coaching relationship, and to encourage you to grow your confidence in working with the opportunities that nature provides for both coach and client.

The programme role models coaching outdoors and virtually with nature.

Join Lesley (MSc Executive Coaching, EMCC Master Practitioner) for our virtual programme using online tools to provide bite-size learning modules, in a blended learning format, that you can access whenever suits you.

The learning time commitment is; being able to take a walk most days and spend around 30 minutes reflecting, reading and writing.

“I can honestly say this programme is far exceeding my expectations. I had hoped it would give me some different techniques to think about and perhaps meet some like-minded people, but it has gone way beyond that. I feel it has allowed me to reconnect with nature in a rich and supportive way, in a way I hadn’t realised I needed. It has revealed so much more that I can bring to my clients in the way you have encouraged - experimentation and sharing.”

- Anna Brown, Executive & Developmental Coach

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have people from all over the world participate so you would fit in just perfectly.  You can learn at your own pace each day.

We do have optional Zoom/Teams calls, which are normally around 10am UK time but we may alter these depending on the time zones of participants.  We also record them for anyone that cannot attend.

  • There are 3 virtual Zoom/Teams get-togethers during the programme, for an hour each.  Normally they are around 10am UK time but we try to arrange these at a time that is appropriate for all participants.  Times will be finalised 2 months before the program starts, when we know the locations of participants.

These sessions will also be recorded for anyone that is unable to attend.

  • We role model ‘meeting you where you are at’ and the programme is made up of daily bite-sized nuggets of experiential learning, designed to flex around other commitments.  If you miss a day or two, then you can choose when to catch up.  Whilst we advocate completing the programme as it unfolds, we keep the modules open for 2 weeks after the course, should anyone need to catchup, or wish to review the content further.

  • Sharing learnings, insights and asking questions with peers and facilitator either in virtual calls, the optional private Facebook group or over email.

Completing a feedback form which also asks about learnings and application from the programme.

  • This is all handled automatically by the card payment provider.

Once you get to the actual payment screen, you should get the payment options.

When ‘X country’ is selected in the Billing Address in the card payment form (rather than just our registration form) it will then automatically remove the VAT.
